Work with Us
We look for lawyers who want responsibility early and are willing to learn a case properly before forming a view. Roles are listed with the eligibility and the practice they sit in.
Working here
What the Work Is Actually Like
We work in small, closely connected teams, which means lawyers are involved in the work rather than being on the sidelines. You will work directly with senior lawyers, participate in client discussions, contribute to drafts and research, and be involved in the thinking behind a case.
The work is varied, and so is the responsibility. You may be working through a legal question, preparing a draft, discussing an issue with a client, or helping shape the approach to a case. We expect you to understand the facts properly, ask questions, and think through the reasoning before forming a view.
We are direct about feedback. Work is reviewed closely, and you will understand not just what needs to change, but why. We believe that is one of the best ways to develop good legal judgment, and we expect lawyers to be open to feedback and willing to keep learning.
As you grow, the expectation is that you take on more responsibility and become increasingly independent in your work. The aim is not simply to give you more work, but to give you the opportunity to become a thoughtful, capable lawyer.
